1. Who we are

This store and website (hopsydian.com) are operated by Hopsydian, Via Bernardino Luini 7, 21055 Gorla Minore (VA), Italy, email hopsydianband@gmail.com, phone +39 039 791698. The store runs on Shopify. By using the site or buying from us you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Many items are printed in small runs: when a design is gone, it may not come back. Vinyl and CD editions linked from the site are sold by Arising Empire, not by this store, and follow their own terms.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, or in your local currency where available. The total, including shipping and any taxes or duties we collect, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers through Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email, and the contract is concluded at that point. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was clearly shown in error, we'll contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel that part of the order with a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and guarantee

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery as explained in our Refund Policy. All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Italian consumer law.

6. Our content

Music, videos, artwork, logos, photos and text on this site belong to Hopsydian or their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

7. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to interfere with how it works or using it to break the law. Links to other websites (such as streaming platforms, YouTube, Bandsintown or Arising Empire) are there for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to comply with these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence. If you have a problem, please write to us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
