Changed your mind? Here's how returns work at the Hopsydian store.

14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods, without giving any reason. If an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when the last one arrives.

How to return

  1. Tell us within the 14 days: email hopsydianband@gmail.com with your order number and the items you're returning. Any clear statement works, or you can use the form at the bottom of this page.
  2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: Hopsydian, Via Bernardino Luini 7, 21055 Gorla Minore (VA), Italy.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Please pack items carefully and keep your proof of postage.

Please send items back unworn and unwashed. You're only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the items more than needed to check their nature, characteristics and fit.

Your refund

We refund the full price you paid, including the standard delivery cost of your original order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until the items are back with us or you've sent proof that you returned them, whichever comes first. Refunds go to your original payment method, at no cost to you.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and cover the return shipping. This is in addition to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity you have under EU and Italian consumer law (Codice del Consumo).

Different size

Need another size? Email us. The quickest route is usually to return the item and place a new order for the size you want.
